Our Board of Directors
A 28-year technology industry veteran, Mr. Hawkins is responsible for developing Agilence’s overall strategy and leading its growth. Prior to Agilence, he built two early-stage technology companies into successful businesses. He was President and CEO of SilverStorm Technologies, a developer and manufacturer of high-performance computer networking equipment, from 2004 until 2006 when he sold the company to QLogic Corporation.
Prior to SilverStorm, he was the President and CEO of Paragon Networks, a developer of wide-area backhaul solutions for wireless networks, which he sold to Carrier Access Corporation in 2003. Prior to Paragon, Mr. Hawkins spent 15 years at Lucent Technologies in a variety of management positions. He graduated from Boston College in 1980.
Jonah Sulak is a Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Cuadrilla Capital. With over two decades of experience, Jonah has evaluated, executed, and served as a board member for dozens of investments across the application and infrastructure software landscape. Prior to founding Cuadrilla, Jonah served as a Managing Director at Marlin Equity Partners, where he executed enterprise software buyouts and sat on the Investment Committee for Marlin's Heritage Fund strategy. He started his career at the Sanders Morris Harris Group within its merchant banking division, where he focused primarily on early-stage technology investments. Jonah graduated from the University of Texas, Austin with a B.B.A. in Finance.
Vikram Abraham is a Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Cuadrilla Capital. With nearly a decade of experience, Vikram has evaluated and executed numerous investments across the application and infrastructure software landscape. Prior to founding Cuadrilla, Vikram served as a Vice President at Clearlake Capital Group, evaluating and executing enterprise software buyouts, structured equity, and credit investments.
Prior to joining Clearlake, Vikram served on the investment team at Marlin Equity, where he focused on lower middle market enterprise software acquisitions. He started his career at Barclays Investment Bank within its Financial Sponsors Group, providing debt financing and M&A advisory services to private equity firms. Vikram graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara with a B.A. in Economics.
Michael Richards is a Principal and Co-Founder of Cuadrilla Capital. Prior to founding Cuadrilla, Michael served as a Vice President at Vicente Capital Partners, a growth equity firm that invests in lower middle market software and technology-enabled services companies. With nearly a decade of private equity experience, Michael has played key roles in originating and evaluating lower middle-market enterprise software investments across the application and infrastructure software landscape. Michael received a B.S.B.A. in Financial Management from National American University and an M.B.A. with a concentration in Finance from the UCLA Anderson School of Management.
Eric Hinkle is an Operating Advisor for Cuadrilla Capital. He has more than 30 years of experience building successful global software businesses and applying technology to deliver value across a variety of industries. He was Chief Executive Officer at Ionic Security, Servigistics, and MediaOcean, and an Operating Executive at Marlin Equity Partners, where he was Chairman of multiple software companies.
Previously, he served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Radiant Systems, General Manager of global avionics divisions for AlliedSignal, Senior Engagement Manager for McKinsey and Company, and Research Engineer for IBM Research. Eric holds a BS degree in Computer Engineering from Brown University, an MS degree in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
