The Agilence solution is available as both a perpetual license and as a subscription.

License & Maintenance

Hawkeye is available as a traditional, perpetual license with standard annual maintenance.  This model includes all necessary hardware and software for each store.  In this model, the customer licenses the software and pays an annual maintenance fee for support and security fixes and patches.  This model does not include hardware and software upgrades.   The Agilence Analyst service is available for a monthly fee.

Subscription Model

Hawkeye is also available in a subscription model with a monthly fee.  This model includes the necessary hardware and software for each store as well as the Agilence Analysts, a team of experts in operations and loss prevention who will use the system on your behalf.  The Analysts deliver actionable reports directly to the retailer.  The subscription includes all software and hardware updates.
