Audit Station
The heart of Hawkeye is Audit Station, POS Video Auditing. The Audit Station houses the powerful query and analytic engine that enables Agilence Analysts to quickly and effectively sort through thousands of transactions and identify those that might be the cause of shrink.
- Item-Level POS Synchronization (every scan, every button push, etc)
- Powerful Query Builder with unlimited query capabilities
- Fully clickable receipt and corresponding video in a single screen
- Ability to view low bandwidth static images or video (many cases can be investigated without watching video)
- Automated Queries: Enables queries to be run overnight and be ready for review on a schedule determined by the user
- Dynamic Exception Reporting Interface: Import reports from external reporting tools and Hawkeye will find the corresponding transactions and video
- Incident Reporting: Create reports on-the-fly with embedded images and video and email those reports to others
- Live Alerts: Build alerts based on any query to be alerted in real-time via screen, email, cell phone
- PCI Compliant: Hawkeye does not store credit card information
The query language is very simple and easy-to-use. In fact, users can being to take advantage of the powerful ad-hoc capabilities with little or no training. And queries can be configured to run across a single cashier, store, district, region or chain.

Audit Station is where the patented item-level synchronization really benefits the user. Once the results of a query are returned, the user can then start looking at the result set. Each and every identified transaction is loaded with a full receipt and a corresponding image.
Users can then scroll through the receipt and corresponding images to determine whether there is an issue or not. In many cases, this is enough to make a final determination. However, if more data is needed, the user can simply click play and watch the video.

In the image above, loss prevention analysts determined that the cashier was "sweethearting" the customer and used "price checks" to defraud the store. This transaction alone was worth over $45.00 and consisted of Huggies Diapers and Enfamil Baby Formula.
Once the determination is made, an Incident Report is built and delivered directly to the customer. The Incident Report is an HTML document that contains the embedded video for further investigation.
