Russ Hawkins, President and CEO
Russ Hawkins A 25-year technology industry veteran, Mr. Hawkins is responsible for developing Agilence’s overall strategy and leading its growth. Prior to Agilence, he built two early stage technology companies into successful businesses. He was President and CEO of SilverStorm Technologies, a developer and manufacturer of high performance computer networking equipment, from 2004 until 2006 when he sold the company to QLogic Corporation. Prior to SilverStorm, he was the President and CEO of Paragon Networks, a developer of wide area backhaul solutions for wireless networks, which he sold to Carrier Access Corporation in 2003. Prior to Paragon, Mr. Hawkins spent 15 years at Lucent Technologies in a variety of management positions. He graduated from Boston College in 1980.

John Sullivan, Executive Vice President of Marketing
John Sullivan With 17 years of system sales, technical, and management experience in intelligent traffic and security management systems, Mr. Sullivan has developed a unique domain understanding. Prior to Agilence, he was a founder of AlphaPoint, a company that provides digital video systems for the casino market, which he sold to Quadnetics, a London-based security company, in 2005. Prior to AlphaPoint, he was General Manager of ASSI Security, a security integration company in Arizona. Mr. Sullivan graduated with a BS in management from the George L. Graziadio School of Business and Management, Pepperdine University in 1991.

Thomas Bernetich, Executive Vice President of Enterprise Solutions Group
Tom Bernetich Mr. Bernetich has primary responsibility for Agilence’s sales strategy, strategic alliance development, and direct sales effort. Over his 24-year career, he has consistently forged effective strategic alliances, built organizations, and grown sales at the companies he has served. Prior to Agilence, he was Vice President of Worldwide Sales at Broadbeam Software, a developer of software that enables application delivery over wireless networks. Prior to Broadbeam, he was Senior Vice President at Sera Nova. Inc., a developer of e-Business applications sold to Silverline Technologies in 2001. From 1994 to 1999, Mr. Bernetich served in several capacities at Bluestone Software, a developer of application server technology, culminating in the role of Sales Vice President, a position he held through the company's successful IPO in 1999. In his early career, he held a variety of sales and sales management roles at Seer Technologies, Hitachi Data Systems and IBM. Mr. Bernetich graduated from Lynchburg College in 1983.

Bruce Kramer, Operations Manager
Mr. Kramer oversees all aspects of Agilence's product implementation, including project management, hardware and software installation, servicing, maintenance, and help desk operation. He has over 20 years experience in the security systems integration as a senior technical and management resource. He came to Agilence through the company's acquisition of CA Technology in 2006, where he had started in 1980.

Pedro Ramos, Director of Retail Solutions
Mr. Ramos is responsible for managing Agilence's retail solutions and audit services organizations. Prior to Agilence, he managed the loss prevention and reverse logistics programs for Pathmark, a 141 store supermarket chain, acquired by A&P in 2008. While at Pathmark, he led the effort to re-organize Pathmark’s loss prevention program utilizing Agilence’s solutions to reduce internal shrink and save more than $8 million annually. Mr. Ramos is a former chairman of the New Jersey Food Council’s Loss Prevention Committee. He is active in the Pennsylvania Food Merchants Association, NY Food Industry Alliance and the Loss Prevention Foundation. He graduated magna cum laude from Kean University, earning a BS in Business Management Science and Economics.

Todd Zielinski, Vice President of Engineering
Mr. Zielinski is responsible for Agilence's engineering and video architecture design and development. Prior to Agilence, he was the Senior Design Engineer at CA Technology, which was acquired by Agilence in 2006. Mr. Zielinkski has also held positions at Lockheed Martin, Unisys and Business Data Group. He holds a BS and an MS in Computer/Electrical Engineering from Drexel University, and he was the leader of Drexel University’s Solar Car Racing Team.

John Graham, Director of Software Development
Mr. Graham oversees Agilence's software development. Prior to Agilence, he was a software developer at AIG Insurance. He graduated from Temple University with a BS in Business Administration in 1993.

Craig Orr, Controller
Mr. Orr is in charge of all financial and HR functions for Agilence. In his 20+ year career, Mr. Orr has held controller positions at six companies in various industries including Eastern Insulated Wire Corp, Cobra Products, Inc., Property Technologies, Ltd, and Fresh Air Solutions, LP. Mr. Orr graduated from Rutgers University with a BS in Business in 1986.
