View cameras the way you want via a single view, two-by-two grid, sixteen shot or custom configuration of your own. Enjoy complete control over the video settings for both viewing and recording. Arrange cameras sequentially or in logical groups for quicker and more efficient coverage of your various stores. HawkEye is filled with many time saving features such as the print screen button for capturing events "on the fly" so you can continue to monitor activity vs. technology. HawkEye is designed to work with a wide variety of DVR and IP cameras so that it can be easily adapted to your environment.
 Real-Time POS Monitoring - HawkEye allows you view all of your cashier activity, video and scan data, in real-time as it happens, providing in-store detectives and remote auditors the ability to validate exceptions instantly. Easily view bottom-of-the-basket events, price checks, and manager overrides as you need to. HawkEye allows you to monitor live transactions intelligently - comparing what you see in the register lane with the scanning and keystrokes made by a cashier. Immediate POS scan data is sent upstream to the video interface, so the transaction data always matches the video images in real-time. Other devices such as weight scales and bottom-of-the-basket monitors are easily viewable as well.
 Live Alerts – HawkEye allows you to set up automated alerts for your high priority exceptions. Alerts are delivered to you through email, text messaging and the client application, instantly notifying you of events such as: activity in unauthorized areas, Western Union transfers above allowed limits, and high valued returns.
