Patented methods perfectly synchronize real-time events - the actual items scan or cashier “keystrokes” within a transaction - with their related video images. This revolutionary approach produces the industry’s most granular POS activity database, with several data points not found in transaction logs, as well as powering the fastest image retrieval system on the market.

Powerful Search (Query) Tool Designed to Save Time
A powerful yet user friendly search tool takes you to the transactions you want to see instantly using any single or combination of data point. For instance, you might want to see all of a cashier's "no sales" within a certain time period. After selecting that parameter, HawkEye automatically searches the database, finds all the "no sale" transactions within that time and displays them on the screen for further investigation, receipt review and replay if needed.

Rapid Image Retrieval
