HawkEye Software - Overview

The HawkEye intelligent video auditing software has been designed from the ground up with a single focus: provide fast, effective, real-time remote auditing of POS scan transactions. To that purpose, there are several key technologies that have been developed and integrated to form our product offerings.

HawkEye query engine and analytics library - provides a focused toolset to find incidents, and make the most of the time invested in auditing. We have created unique methods for performing complex searches quickly and easily. Elements such as "no sale," voids, order totals, item SKUs and values can be combined to search across multiple stores for ranges of cashiers, dates and more. These searches can be saved, managed and assigned to other staff, and the results used to quickly make incident reports.

Agilence’s proprietary Imagesync™ technology - time stamps every POS scan or keystroke, every “beep,” with a synchronized video image, in real time. This tight linking allows fast retrieval with unprecedented speed and accuracy in reviewing suspect transactions.

Real-time monitoring of the POS system communications - Agilence has developed a deep, comprehensive library of the protocols of POS systems, and has years of experience customizing each for capture, manipulation and storage. In this way, Agilence can directly recognize, store, and create alarms as well as search transaction information in real time as events occur.

DVR integration - Agilence has also developed extensive libraries to work with most existing DVR or video systems.
