The newest component of the Hawkeye POS Video Auditing Suite is HawkeyeDX(tm) (Data Exchange).
HawkeyeDX is a cloud-based solution for case delivery, adjudication, and reporting and its fully integrated with the Hawkeye client. By simply pressing a button, users can load new cases or attach new incidents to an existing case and instantly load it onto a portal on the web.
With the ability to set-up custom organizational structures and levels, users can have access based on store, district, region, banner and more! And, each level has its own permissions, so you can be sure that users only see what you want them to see.
And, the whole solution is optimized for the Android OS, so you can take it with you where you go!

- Efficient Data Exchange
HawkeyeDX is tightly integrated with Hawkeye POS Video Auditing solution. By simply clicking a button in Hawkeye, retailers and auditors can instantly send all case data and videos within Hawkeye to HawkeyeDX. With no communication delay, retailers can quickly review cases and supporting incidents to immediately address a costly issue, whether it is operational, systemic, poor promotion execution, or fraud.
- Automated Notification and Case Prioritization
Retailers’ auditors or store managers are alerted via email of each new case they are assigned to and any activities that have occurred on their cases. They can choose to be notified with immediate alerts or daily or weekly summaries. Also, upon login, they can see new cases since their last login, as well as all open high priority cases.
- Actionable Intelligence for Faster Adjudication and Analysis of Performance
HawkeyeDX’s reporting features enable retailers to better analyze the performance of its stores, managers, and employees. The solution’s clickable, drill-down charts and graphics break down data such as types of cases, (operational, systemic, poor promotion execution, and fraud), open cases for the month, and top employees by number of incidents. Retailers can click on the charts or graphs to review information on specific cases/incidents, including related incidents, incident type, incident/case value, case owner, and closed or extrapolated value. The retailer can also view the incident’s POS data and associated video of the transaction. With this detailed reporting, retailers can analyze which issues require more attention, as well as which stores, managers, and/or employees are performing either better or worse over time.

As a cloud-based solution, HawkeyeDX provides indefinite scalability, supporting unlimited end users and offering unlimited storage, enabling retailers to retain data and video for any length of time.
