Getting Started
Our process begins with a shrink reduction strategy session where our professional shrink reduction team will meet with you to learn about policies, your overall loss prevention program and your objectives. Agilence’s team will gather information and define with you the initial set of KPIs to be analyzed.
Our customers typically pick several high risk stores to pilot our service. Agilence installs its sophisticated video indexing, data mining and analytic software at each store and manages the process of identifying cashier shrink sources on a daily basis. Our shrink reduction professionals conduct focused audits to identify suspect transactions and procedure violations. Then they deliver concise, multi-media, incident reports to you. During the pilot phase, a weekly conference call or face-to-face meeting is held with your project manager and Agilence’s support and shrink reduction teams to monitor results, make adjustments in KPIs, frequency of audits, or to review incidents.
Usually, our pilots result in phased deployment of our service throughout a retailer's chain of stores. High risk stores are deployed first and low risk stores later. Retailers commit to the service only for one year and then are free to cancel with 30 days notice.
