Forensic Analysis
HawkEye’s powerful forensic tools reduce the time required for each investigation. HawkEye’s multiple window view provides rapid point-and-click access to both transactions and receipt level detail. Clicking any item on the receipt replica displays a still image of that item being scanned. In many cases, further video investigation is not required, so audit time goes down, and productivity goes up! If a more thorough viewing is warranted, simply click the play button and view video and transaction information in tandem. With each scan the item is highlighted in the receipt window and an audible beep sounds.
 Search (Query) Tool - HawkEye's search interface allows you to search and play only desired transactions using inspection criteria that you choose. Powerful transaction filtering technology gets you to the transaction records you want to see - selecting them by any of dozens of criteria, chosen singly or in any combination. For instance, you might want to see all of a cashier's "no sales" within a certain time period. After selecting that parameter, HawkEye automatically searches the database, finds all the "no sale" transactions within that time and displays them on the screen for further investigation, receipt review and replay if needed.
 Audit Station - Once you have defined and executed a search (query), an event summary window (1) generates a list of matching transaction summaries. An event window (2) displays details of each selected transaction and a video window (3) provides the matching video. The event and video windows are synchronized - allowing you to point-and-click from event to event while viewing associated images.
