The holiday shopping season can cause considerable losses for retailers. These losses can stem from theft of items like ham and stocking stuffers, or they can be the result of cashiers mishandling common holiday promotions like “buy-one-get-one” or buy three of ‘A’ and get one ‘B for free.” This can include the most common customer and/or employee scams, or simply the greatest scam you have ever witnessed.
