As you can tell from our list of KPIs, Agilence can find that needle int he haystack of the data and provides you the video to go along with it.  But, what if there is no data?  That’s what Non-Scan Analysis (NSA) is for.  Agilence’s NSA technology use advanced video analytics to look at each item as it passes from the input area, through the scan area and into the bagging area.  It then compares this with the data from the point-of-sale.  If there is no associated scan or manual ring, the system flags this as a potential non-scan event.

This KPI, when combined with other KPIs in Hawkeye, enables you to quickly identify the people, product, process, and promotional issues that many retailers are blind to and that cost you millions each year.

Non-Scan Analysis

EXAMPLE:  An improperly coded BOGO promotion in POS caused cashiers to bypass the scanner causing a potentially significant loss to the retailer.  However, with AdCheck, Agilence checks new promotions and identified the issue within hours of the ad break.
